5-Year Warranty Policy

At 1ClickBeds, we take pride in the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of our beds. To give you complete peace of mind, we offer a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.

This warranty starts from the original date of delivery and applies only to the original purchaser.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing faults that occur under normal household use, including:

  • Manufacturing defects in bed frames, stitching, foam, and structural components
  • Mechanical faults in any included mechanisms (if applicable)
  • Defects in materials or workmanship

Warranty Remedy

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, 1ClickBeds will, at its discretion, offer one of the following solutions:

  • Repair of the faulty product or component
  • Replacement of the affected part or full product
  • Refund, where repair or replacement is not suitable

Any refund provided will be based on the original purchase price of the product.

We may require inspection, photos, videos, or further assessment before approving any warranty claim.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper assembly
  • Normal wear and tear (including fabric fading, softening of foam, or general ageing)
  • Damage caused by pets, spills, stains, or negligence
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Products used for commercial or non-domestic purposes
  • Issues caused by failure to follow care instructions
  • Accidental or delivery-related damage after receipt

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect
