Refund policy

At 1ClickBeds, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return and refund in accordance with the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
The item must be in a resaleable condition
The item must not be fully assembled or damaged
The item must be returned in its original packaging (where possible)

3. Unopened Items

If your item is returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging, you will be eligible for a full refund.

4. Opened or Unpacked Items

If the item has been opened, unpacked, or handled:

A £60 restocking and collection fee will be deducted from your refund
This fee covers inspection, handling, and collection costs

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Items that have been fully assembled
Items that show signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer
Items not returned in resaleable condition
Returns requested after the 30-day period

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that banking times may vary depending on your provider.
