Refund policy

1. Overview

At 1ClickBeds, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return and refund in accordance with the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be in a resaleable condition
  • The item must not be fully assembled or damaged
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (where possible)

3. Unopened Items

If your item is returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging, you will be eligible for a full refund.

4. Opened or Unpacked Items

If the item has been opened, unpacked, or handled:

  • A £60 restocking and collection fee will be deducted from your refund
  • This fee covers inspection, handling, and collection costs

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Items that have been fully assembled
  • Items that show signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer
  • Items not returned in resaleable condition
  • Returns requested after the 30-day period

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that banking times may vary depending on your provider.
