Refund policy
1. Overview
At 1ClickBeds, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return and refund in accordance with the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be in a resaleable condition
- The item must not be fully assembled or damaged
- The item must be returned in its original packaging (where possible)
3. Unopened Items
If your item is returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging, you will be eligible for a full refund.
4. Opened or Unpacked Items
If the item has been opened, unpacked, or handled:
- A £60 restocking and collection fee will be deducted from your refund
- This fee covers inspection, handling, and collection costs
5. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Items that have been fully assembled
- Items that show signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer
- Items not returned in resaleable condition
- Returns requested after the 30-day period
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
