Full payment must be made at the time of purchase using approved payment methods.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 6–9 working days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Unopened Items

Items returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging are eligible for a full refund.

Opened Items

If the packaging has been removed or the item has been unpacked, a £60 restocking and collection fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers handling, inspection, and collection costs.

Return Conditions

Items must not be assembled
Items must be returned in a resaleable condition
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

6. Product Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or display differences.

7. Warranty

We offer a 5-year tiered warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

This includes:

Warranty coverage is applied on a sliding scale depending on the time elapsed.
