Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

3. Delivery Service

We provide a UK mainland delivery service using professional two-person delivery teams for larger items.

Our delivery service includes:

  • Careful handling of all products
  • Delivery to your preferred address
  • Delivery to ground floor or designated access point
  • Assistance with placement in your room (where applicable)

4. Order Processing

Once your order is placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • Your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch
  • You will receive delivery updates once your order is scheduled

5. Delivery Access

Please ensure that:

  • Access routes are clear for delivery
  • The product can fit through doorways, staircases, and hallways
  • Someone is available to receive the delivery

If access is restricted and delivery cannot be completed, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery:

  • A re-delivery will be arranged
  • Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the courier policy

7. Assembly Service

Selected products may include optional assembly service depending on the item purchased. If assembly is included, our delivery team will assemble the bed at your location.

8. Delays

While we aim to deliver within 6–9 working days, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Unforeseen external circumstances

We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will always keep you updated.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Description of the problem

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
