Returns

  • Non-returnable: used/open beds, mattresses, bedding, or custom-made items
  • Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours with photos
  • Cancellations allowed within 12 hours of order placement
  • Refunds issued within 7–10 business days after inspection
  • Customers cover return shipping (unless item is faulty/damaged)
  • No direct exchanges – place a new order after refund
